"Today, I walked out of Neurovision Rehabilitation Center of PA with my head up and focused on being able to see the trees in the forest for the first time since my car accident. Imagine seeing the forest but not being able to figure out which clump of leaves go with which tree trunk because the image was flat and most things had tails. Dr. Collins said my gait and balance would improve as well, but I was still tentative and apprehensive that I would stumble, wobble and look ready for a field sobriety test which I knew I could not pass. I began the process of driving home. The first good news I did not get lost trying to get out of the parking lot like my first visit. The ride home was exciting, the scenery was beautiful almost too beautiful to behold so I finally gave in and stopped on the way home just so I could look around without getting overwhelmed. Thank-you so much Dr. Collins and your team. I can only imagine improvement from here and I'm really smiling about it."

"I was referred for prism lenses by my occupational and physical therapists following a fall and concussion. I was reluctant because historically I have had little success and been underwhelmed by specialists. Wow was I wrong. Dr. Collins was compassionate and spent time understanding my situation before she began my exam. Once finished, I wanted to wear the sample glasses home! It was the best experience I have had at the eye doctors. I finally feel like I can really see and see without struggling. Amazing."

"Very empathetic staff. In tune with the individual needs of the patient. Unlike the other places I called, they weren't concerned with the money first, but truly concerned with helping. They all went out of their way to take the time to listen and did not rush through my appointment. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had and how truly hopeful I am that the treatment provided will work. They certainly know their stuff!"

"My mother had an appointment at this office. We live in VA but specifically came to PA for this office. When she arrived she was instantly pleased with the service and hospitality she received. The office manager, Susan was the person who greeted her first and she was one of the most kind, sincere, and attentive people she’d ever met. She helped with paperwork, answered all her questions, and overall made every visit to this office very pleasant.

Dr. Kathryn Collins was amazing. The first visit she spent 4 hours with my mother, running tests and verbally discussing/listening to all the issues/problems my mom had and proceeded to answer all questions and determine what my mom needed. I also wanted to mention Jessica and Theresa, they helped significantly and provided top tier service every time. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who had issues similar to my mother, which is excessive dizziness, imbalance issues, and any issues with your eyes."

"I saw Dr. Collins for a neurovision exam, and with her help and the help of prism lenses she has prescribed me, I haven’t had more than a few migraines in the last year. That is a huge improvement as I got them daily before seeing her."

"Since 2016, my damaged vision has created so many friggin issues for me including balance, dizziness, inability to sustain reading for a long time, headaches, and so much more. I never knew a hit to your head can create such issues in the eyes but it makes sense I mean eyes are a part of my head and they got banged around too.

Vision problems are quite common and very overlooked from those suffering from PCS/TBI. But they shouldn't be as our eyes need help too. And there are people who can help and tools. You'll see; literally.

Today I begin the journey of putting that part of brain injury issues behind me. For you see those glasses on me well they are new and very darn special!! They will help my eyes send the correct information to my brain. Yes, that's right there is a tool to help!! They have a micro prism in them that can help whether I am looking in the distance or up close !!!!!"
